Calcul\u00e9 sous la forme d\u2019une note sur 100 points, cet Index permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer les \u00e9carts existants entre les femmes et les hommes, notamment en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et de promotion, ainsi que de mesurer les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le temps. La publication de ces r\u00e9sultats, accompagn\u00e9e des objectifs de progression, constitue une d\u00e9marche essentielle pour renforcer la transparence et favoriser l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle au sein des \u00e9tablissements hospitaliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-css-opacity has-background
