Notre mission principale est d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;accompagnement des personnes, en favorisant le maintien \u00e0 domicile et en d\u00e9veloppant des actions de pr\u00e9vention. Ensemble, nous construisons un environnement propice au bien-\u00eatre des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, encourageons la pr\u00e9vention et assurons un accompagnement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque individu.
